Lawfare

This section of the website details situation when the law is used as a instrument of asymmetric warfare against the Counterjihad and its activists. There are many cases in which Counterjihad activists are persecuted by those with power via the use of the courts. The courts are used to intimidate and inflict costs on those people the establishment wants to destroy. In many cases trumped-up charges based on flimsy evidence are brought to cause worry, distress, and expense to the lawfare victim before the charges are dropped at the last minute. Those who practice lawfare are effectively brining the law into disrepute and deliberately weakening this key institution of our society.
