Feeble Attempt by the News of the World to Discredit Lord Pearson for Talking About Islamic Extremism

By • on November 3, 2009

A video interview with Lord Pearson, conducted by the Counter Jihad, has resulted in a feeble attempt by the News of the World to discredit him. The British establishment is probably not happy with this video, at least if the News of The World is a reflection of the attitude of the newspaper owning elite type of mentality. For a start, it refers to the measured and civilised tone of Lord Pearson as a ‘rant’. Surely the News of the World can do better than that, perhaps debating the issues would be a good place for them to start.

The News of the world article fails to provide any real evidence to refute his claims. It might be that the elite wants to Islamise Britain, but the British people certainly do not. When you read this kind of newspaper article you see what the people think in the comments section and the comments seem to be dramatically in favour of Lord Pearson’s position.

The corrupt elite may pretend about a particular position and expect to be believed, but people no longer believe what they say anyway so they are wasting their breath. When the establishment speaks, people automatically believe that they are being lied to. The elite position is like the reverse of ‘crying wolf’. Due to the shepherd’s misguided love for the wolf, he is unwilling to accept that the wolf has taken his sheep so he covers up the fact by crafting model sheep. He is only found out when he has no wool sell and no sheep to take to market – by then of course he is ruined. The wolf has already taken the establishments sheep and the public can see quite clearly that they are gone.
