Danish MP Calls For Muslim Apology
Western countries are frequently asked to bow and scrape for past mistakes. Danish MP Martin Henriksen is implying that non Western societies also make mistakes and should also admit to them. He has demanded an apology from Islamic Countries For Oppression Of Women, Stoning And Assaults On Civil Liberties.
Blaming of the West for all the problems of the world is ridiculous and the demand for Islamic societies to apologise for their past misdeeds is long overdue. If the West can own up to past mistakes for the sake of global peace and reconciliation then surely the Islamic world is equally capable (or is it?).
